What parking options are available at this community?
The Townhomes at Lake Park offers select apartments with attached garages as well as free surface lot parking.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Valet trash pickup is Sunday-Thursday after 6pm. Please leave your trash in the black trash bin by your door after 6pm. The bin should be brought back inside before 9am the following morning. .
Where is the dog park?
We currently don’t have a dog park but there are access gates to enjoy the walking trails throughout and around our community!
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
There are areas within our community where guests can park.
What are your community’s pool hours?
10 AM – 10 PM
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
We do not issues pool passes at this time.
Is a pool fob required for entry?
no pool fobs needed for entry; Our pool gates have child proof locks on the top.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
pool parties and gatherings are not allowed.
Does your community offer clubhouse rentals?
If yes, what is the cost, and what steps must a resident take to reserve it?
Yes, the fee is $250. Resident submits request to the office, Team checks availability, Resident completes rental form and pays fee

24 hours
Are there any amenities that require reservations?

Where is the Compactor located?
no compactor onsite
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
move in from 10-5PM, move out 10-5PM

2 gas grills are in pool area,

we do not offer offer community wifi at this time. office wifi is set up with xfinity

Does it cost anything to apply at this community?
No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
